Hey guys, I can't believe it's time for another clean eating meal plan already! It seems like this whole year is just whizzing by.
How have you been going with your clean eating meal plans? We have been going quite fantastically actually. I stuck to last week's meal plan completely, and we even managed to save money as we weren't tempted to eat out even once (this is a huge thing for me, as usually by Thursday I am totally over cooking.)

Let's start off the week with this amazing looking Roasted Veggie and Quinoa Pesto Bowls from Sunkissed Kitchen. How could you not wake up bright and sunny on a Monday morning knowing this was going to be gracing your table for dinner?
The lovely Robyn from Simply Fresh Dinners posted these Beef Tacos with Spicy Avocado Sauce the other day, my husband noticed them on my News Feed, and has been asking for them ever since. So, we will be having tacos on Tuesday again 🙂 I am definitely not complaining!
It's kind of like having breakfast for dinner, but totally acceptable because there are potatoes and cheese. Right? We will be enjoying this Pizza Stuffed Potato Rosti for dinner on Wednesday night, with a lovely big side of salad.
I was doing my usual Food Gawker stalk today, and noticed this beautiful Maple Pecan Crusted Salmon dish from The Seasoned Mom on there, and knew it just had to be on my meal plan for next week.
