- 1 cup milk of choice I use almond
- ¼ cup white chocolate chopped
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- marshmallows for serving optional
Heat milk and white chocolate on low-medium heat in a small pot on the stove
1 cup milk of choice, ¼ cup white chocolate
Whisk and heat until chocolate has melted
Add matcha and whisk until incorporated
1 teaspoon matcha powder
Remove from heat and add marshmallows to garnish
marshmallows for serving
- Store: leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days.
- Freeze: this can also be frozen. Allow cooling completely before storing in a freezer-friendly container for up to 3 months.
- Substitutions: you can use regular milk chocolate or dark chocolate instead of white chocolate.
- Plant-based/dairy free: this can easily be made plant-based or dairy free by using appropriate ingredients.
