Summer sweet watermelons combine with lemons and honey to make this fantastically refreshing watermelon lemonade with honey. Pair it with some ice and a sprig of mint, and you have a fancy drink to enjoy on the porch on a hot summers day.

  • 1 1/2 pounds watermelon roughly chopped
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup local honey or to taste
  • 6 cups water
  1. To a high powered blender add the watermelon, lemon juice, honey and 2 cups of water. Blend on high until smooth (about 2 minutes)
  2. Pour into a large jug and add in the remaining water. Stir to combine and taste for sweetness - add more honey if needed
  3. Serve over ice and enjoy
