  • 3/4 cup oat flour see notes for making your own. Choose gluten free oats to keep this gluten free
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • half of a super ripe banana - mashed
  • 1/3 cup oat milk or other milk of your choosing
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 300F and lightly grease a doughnut tray (I use fractionated coconut oil)
  2. Combine the oat flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl
  3. Add in the maple syrup, mashed banana, almond milk and vanilla. Stir well to combine
  4. Spoon the batter into the donut tray (there will be enough for 6 donuts)
  5. Bake for 24 minutes, they should be firm to the touch
  6. Allow to cool in the tray for 10 minutes, before removing and popping onto a cooling rack
Recipe Notes

To make your own oat flour, just process the desired amount of whole oats in a food processor until it resembles a fine flour.
