  • Pop everything into the blender, except for the coconut water. Start blending
    2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes, 2 tablespoons crushed pecans, 1 Frozen Banana, 5 Dates, 1 Handful of Kale, ¼ cup pomegranate arils
  • Slowly add the coconut water until you get a smooth consistency. Enjoy
    ½ cup coconut water
