  • 3/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp culinary matcha
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and blend together until smooth and creamy. Serve over salad or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one week.
