Ingredients

  • 1 pound (440 grams) medium-sized shrimp (prawns) peeled and deveined.
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • 8 tortillas corn or flour
  • 4 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup purple cabbage finely shredded

  • crumbled feta to serve
  • sauce of choice (i.e. hot sauce)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400F (200C)
