Watermelon Lemonade with Honey

Summer sweet watermelons combine with lemons and honey to make this fantastically refreshing watermelon lemonade with honey. Pair it with some ice and a sprig of mint, and you have a fancy drink to enjoy on the porch on a hot summers day.

  • 1 ½ pounds watermelon roughly chopped
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup local honey or to taste
  • 6 cups water


  • To a high powered blender add the watermelon, lemon juice, honey and 2 cups of water. Blend on high until smooth (about 2 minutes)
  • Pour into a large jug and add in the remaining water. Stir to combine and taste for sweetness - add more honey if needed
  • Serve over ice and enjoy
