Pomegranate, Kale and Coconut Smoothie

  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoon crushed pecans
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 5 Dates
  • 1 Handful of Kale
  • ¼ cup pomegranate arils
  • ½ cup coconut water


  • Pop everything into the blender, except for the coconut water. Start blending
  • Slowly add the coconut water until you get a smooth consistency. Enjoy
