Citrus Juice Explosion Smoothie

- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 grapefruit, peeled
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon ginger, peeled and grated
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon raw honey, preferably manuka if you can find it
- small pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Pop all of the ingredients into a high powered blender (I use a vitamix). Blend until everything is combined.
There may be a bit of citrusy 'foam' on top when you serve. You can scoop this out or just mix it into the smoothie and enjoy.
