Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, removed from stalk and roughly chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl whisk together orange zest, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper until blended.
