Ingredients
4-5ice cubes
1frozen bananabroken into about 4 pieces
2medjool datespitted
¼cupold fashioned oats
½tsp ground cinnamon
1teaspoonchia seeds(optional: see notes)
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1cupmilk of choice(I use almond)
½cupGreek yogurtor non-dairy yogurt of choice
Instructions
Add everything to the blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
Optional add-ins: coffee, protein powder, collagen powder.
Notes
It is ok to use chia seeds if you are going to serve this and drink it straight away. If you plan to keep it or sip on it over a period of time it may become gelatinous, which I don't mind but some people (my husband) won't drink.
