Infused Mint and Orange Water

Add a real pop of color and flavor to your water with some Infused Minty Orange Water. This natural cleansing water will keep you hydrated throughout the day and give you a nice boost of Vitamin C along the way. Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 5 sprigs mint
  • 1 litre (33 ounces) filtered water

Instructions

  • Slice your orange then squeeze each slice into a large container with a lid.
  • Place the rest of the ingredients, including the squeezed orange slices, into the large container and stir.
  • Place in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
  • Drink within 24 hours for best results.
