- 2 bananas frozen
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 pound (about 500g) fresh ripe strawberries washed and quartered
- pinch of salt
Chop the frozen bananas if they aren't already chopped
Add the frozen bananas, almond milk, maple syrup, strawberries, and a small pinch of salt to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
Transfer to a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely frozen.
Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw slightly (about 5 minutes) before serving.

Store in a freezer-safe container in the freezer for about one month.
