Mango Avocado Smoothie
This Mango Avocado Smoothie is quite possibly the creamiest smoothie you will ever experience! Super quick and easy, full of only good things, and the most gorgeous vibrant green color ever. Don't worry, even though it is super green, it doesn't taste it. You are going to love it.
Servings: 4 serves
- 2 cups spinach (either whole baby spinach or English spinach with the stalks removed)
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen avocado
- 2 tbsp almond butter
Pop the spinach and coconut water into a high-speed blender and blend on high until well combined.
Add the other ingredients and blend until everything is well combined and smooth.
Serve, topping with granola, hemp seeds or chia seeds (optional)
